By accessing Sasta TV, purchasing a subscription, or using our live streaming feeds on your devices, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
2. Subscription & Permitted Use
Subscribers receive a personal, non-transferable service license to access our live channels and VOD library. Each subscription specifies the maximum number of simultaneous device connections (1, 2, 3, or 4 devices). Exceeding your plan’s device allowance concurrently may lead to temporary stream lockouts.
3. Service Quality & Network Requirements
Sasta TV delivers high-stability streams with an estimated 99.9% uptime. Streaming quality relies on your local internet connection. We recommend a stable connection of at least 15 Mbps for FHD streams and 30+ Mbps for 4K Ultra HD streams.
4. Support & Maintenance
We continuously optimize our server infrastructure and channel feeds to maintain peak streaming reliability. Our technical support team is available 24/7 on WhatsApp to assist you with player configuration and troubleshooting.
